I had a great experience purchasing a new bike. Besides my own personal excitement to own a new bike, the staff was just as excited for me. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and they will certainly make your purchasing experience as comfortable as possible.

The primary reason I chose to purchase with Ridenow Powersports of Tri-Cities was the feedback from two of my friends who both bought Polaris RZRs. Ridenow of Tri-Cities was not the closest Can Am dealership to me. In fact there are two in Yakima (15 miles away) and one in Ellenburg (45 miles away) yet I chose to go over 80 miles to make my purchase. The second reason was from the outstanding customer interaction with Nancy my saleswoman. From the first contact with Nancy (early November) on the phone and each subsequent visit it was clear I was the focus of her time. Each time I was going to ballpark a time I'd be there and she made a point to meet with me and help me make the best decision for my purchase. I made four trips before putting the deposit down on January 13th. I was blown out of the water when Nancy called me January 19th and said "it's here". I was overjoyed hearing her words! This was during the trucker's strike in Canada. I was fully prepared to wait until April or May or whenever it might show up. This buying experience was unlike any other I'd had before. I had ridden Harley Davidson motorcycles for quite a while and not one of the salespeople took me around to each department and made introductions to the staff I would be working with. I had gone through four different models at three different dealerships without this level of professionalism. The trucks I have purchased new also didn't have the degree of support the team at the Tri-Cities Ridenow provide.Jena in parts, Issac and Rafael in service and Scott who delivered my ride after it's first service all were of the same high quality as Nancy. The third reason was working with a dealership with such a high number of locations. This I think enables them to get more pull with Can Am. Everything has been great so far. Working with Jena in parts and Rafael in service has also been outstanding! I didn't expect the level of customer service everyone I encountered has provided. Jena was very knowledgeable about the parts and accessories I wanted to add at the time of purchase. She was patient with me, who had poured over the brochure and website countless times. During following visits I had the opportunity to see her interaction with other customers and each one received the same thoroughness thoughtfulness and truly listening to the customer as I did. I found I had a right front shock spring which was out of alignment with the bottom support cup. Fortunately I noticed it before too much damage occurred, under 10 miles. I contacted Nancy and she said bring it in and they would get right to work on it. Rafael in the service department was very supportive. There were times I would have questions and he would get back to me at some point during the day. It did take a while (5 weeks) to get it replaced, luckily it was still winter and I wasn't missing too much riding. Like so many things these days there are many variables which can contribute to longer wait times. I have learned many people are still waiting for their rides. To be completely truthful I am still waiting on a part ordered at the time of purchase, the power flip windshield #715003658. I have been told it's on backorder of May 9th. Your dealership wants you getting as much seat time as you can. Be supportive and understanding they are doing their best for their customers. My apologies for drawing this out. The outstanding experience I have had from the beginning is continuing and I highly recommend Nancy, Jena, Isaac, Rafael and Scott. I did work with Mike and Mike the sales and finance managers respectively who provided similar service. I want to say I am super stoked with my 2022 Can Am Commander XT-P max 1000 purchase and level of support from the staff. Thank you Nancy, Jena, Isaac, Rafael and Scott!!! My Can Am Ryker was just delivered and it was such a pleasant experience. I hope I get the names right so here goes. Brandon our salesperson was exceptional. He answered every question and returned my phone call promptly. He is an asset to Ridenow. Secondly, our finance person, Sonkane. He had all the paperwork prepared for us in an orderly fashion, answered our questions and helped me get on the right path for the training class. I haven't been on a bike since I got hit 49 years ago and he helped me with that fear. Lastly, the delivery person and I'm sorry I forgot his name. He was so very helpful, we talked for a bit, he shared some stories and some tips about the Ryker. He had another bike to deliver but he made me feel like I was the only customer. You have a very special team there. Thank you and we'll be back! Forgive the bowling alley, midnight madness carpet, I didn't put it in.

I had an excellent experience at Ridenow. Everyone there is very professional and friendly. I got my ski the same day I was there. Everyone did a great job no issues. The store is in a great location and is very clean. I definitely will do business with them again !

all employees are social distancing at least 6 feet apart - at all times all employees are wearing a face mask if away from their own personal desk/office no meetings or gatherings of more than 10 employees sanitation stations and products like hand sanitizer or Lysol wipes are readily available - and being used eliminate desk/phone/tool sharing all surfaces are routinely cleaned - including light switches/door knobs
