My family and I have been living here for a little over 4 years now and we have appreciated what these apartments offer. Two parking spaces, spacious apartments, w/d hookups, 2br+1.5 bathrooms, good floor plan, deck, and lots of counter/cupboard space/pantry! Great value for your rent. Not to mention the pleasant staff and timely maintenance! Thank you~

We have lived at Cambridge Station apartments for just shy of 2 years now. The apartments are good sizes 2 bed 1.5 bath, BIG kitchen with lots of cupboard space and large pantry. The rooms are a good size but our furniture was a little big so it is semi crowded, the walls are thick so you actually don't hear your neighbors very much. During the summer the electric bill is great around $75 but during the winter it is terrible, we rarely run our heat and our bill during the winter is still close to $300. The manager is really nice and so is the maintenance staff, we have had a few problems with how long it takes something's to get fixed/repaired but it happens sometimes. The part of town is not too bad we are at the back of the complex so it is quiet and the neighbors are nice, lots of kids around too. All in all for the price you pay you get a good location, nice apartment with central heat & air, and good staff. We will probably sign another lease until we are ready to buy a house!

This apartment complex is actually one of the better ones. The apartment manager tries to keep questionable individuals out. It is a family friendly environment. Great place to live, everyone looks out for each other.

this apartment complex is horrible the manager if your not her friend you will not last long she planted cocaine by my car tried to break into our apartment while we were at school thank god our babysitter was watching our little one then gave us a 20 day notice for "smoking in the hall way if you are a party animal then youll fit in great worst complex ever
