Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking any stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rooms a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is the best rated in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few days you for sure won't be let down. There are two different towers to the Atrium. The newer tower is GREAT. The older tower which is the main building is a little bit dated but still very nice. The staff has ALWAYS been very courteous to me and I have been coming here for years. Almost 90% of the time they have been accommodating with changes I've needed to make to my reservation. The other 10% was completely understandable or out of their control. After all you can't expect to get your way ALL of the time....lol. They have a great breakfast buffet style, an indoor pool, a gym, a business center and I'm sure lots more but I have gone exploring. I come her to REST in between work.

The front desk agent we spoke to (an older man with white hair) was very rude to my family and I. I used to be a front desk agent at a hotel, and that attitude would have gotten me fired from a job that requires friendly customer service skills. We waited over an hour and a half after midnight for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport, and when it finally got there, there wasn’t enough room for all of us (even though we told them how many people we had), so we had to pay $40 for a taxi anyway. The hotel shuttle only runs every hour at night, and it was later than the front desk agent told us.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE! American Airlines got me a room since I missed my flight and everything from the restaurant, concierge, and cleaning personnel have been amazing. My bag was checked so I did not have any toiletries. I asked for toothpaste and a toothbrush and they gave me one also Tide pods to do laundry as well. The food was AMAZING!!! I had ribeye with baked potato and steamed veggies for dinner and New York Strip with mashed potatoes (powdered) with steamed veggies too. Served them perfectly medium rare. Rojit (did not catch his name well) at the concierge was a GODSEND! Also, Victor and Miguel at the restaurant!!! Definitely recommend this hotel. Room was suite style. Has really nice pool & well-equipped gym!!

Basic airport hotel with a lot of plusses. Big clean rooms, comfortable beds and really good food! The breakfast and bar servers are amazing and are always on the move. Great gym and indoor pool. Its not a new fancy hotel but it's quiet, clean and reliable.
