Check out was 11am, we left on time but forgot our bag with a suit and a few dress shirts. FIRST ISSUE: We came back to the hotel after 4pm to ask for the bag back and was told by the manager, Noel, there was nothing found. How does a hotel lose a big garment bag? So no suit for the wedding. Thankfully around 7pm, we were called back saying that housekeeping had kept it in a different location than the designated lost and found. Noel did apologize and we were grateful to get our items back. SECOND ISSUE: It’s been a week today, and I noticed that I was charged TWICE for the same room!! I called and was told that “for some reason I was charged twice.” No other explanation. I booked with Hotel.com and then also got charged at the hotel. Why use third party if you can’t keep your information straight?— To say I’m a little disappointed is an understatement. Please do better. These issues had nothing to do with the comfort of the beds or cleanliness.

I enjoyed my stay here. Had a few hiccups here and there but it wasn't too terrible. Was hoping to go for a swim but the pool was closed. It's located near a bunch of restaurants within a short 10-15 minute drive. The complimentary breakfast was good. They had sausage and scrambled eggs the first day I was here and then western omelette and bacon the next day. The facility is well maintained, was very clean and very welcoming.

I would definitely recommend this hotel!! The room was clean, big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and the breakfast was good. There should have been more options but it was good. The staff was nice, professional, and helpful. Housekeeping cleaned my room while I was gone and that was amazing!! I stay in different hotels each week that I'm in Dallas and this is the first hotel that cleaned my room since Covid.

Highly satisfied with this hotel and the staff, considering we had to stay for a whole week. The housekeeper ladies were wonderful to us and checked on us all the time. The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The breakfast was always hot and fresh.
