My stay was surprisingly not bad at all. I anticipated the worst and got the opposite. The property was clean, my room was clean with a nice smell, staff was friendly and accommodating and the airport shuttle was on time. The only concerning thing for me was the $150 deposit for incidentals when I only stayed there for less than 12 hours. I know it is a refundable fee across the board but this is not an elite hotel and should really not be charging that much for incidentals.

This hotel's website makes it seem better than it is. There was no hot breakfast. I was just offered a muffin for breakfast and told that I could buy food from their overpriced store. There is an airport shuttle, but it is shared between many hotels, runs infrequently, and is overcrowded. The beds were uncomfortable, the pillows were strangely small, various things like the closet doors did not function, and soundproofing was not good so you could hear many noisy guests in neighboring rooms. Front desk staff as well as the airport shuttle drivers were rude and aggressive and made me feel uncomfortable. All in all, it was not a good experience and I do not recommend staying here.

I was billed for a no show because the GM said I did not cancel within their 48 hr window policy. Icy roads and weather prevented my travel so I called the day before to cancel. The GM was very rude and billed my card anyways. Somehow she was able to use my CC that I had saved on my Choice Hotels membership website even though I never authorized that charge! The website allowed me to cancel so I assumed that it was already cancelled. The mbrship website did not show that I had an active reservation with this hotel until AFTER I had called to cancel it evidently. I filed a formal complaint with guest relations and will dispute it with my CC company as well! So incredibly frustrating!

I had to book a room for 1 night due to flight issues. By the time I got to the hotel it was 2am. I asked for a late checkout because I needed more sleep and did not have any place else to go until 3pm. There was literally no place else I could go. There nothing in walking distance even. They refused. I would have paid a fee but the answer was absolutely no. So I had to sit in the lobby for 2.5 hours. If they were busy I could see them say no. However the place was almost empty. No compassion what so ever!!!! What ever happened to hospitality? Terrible service. And the breakfast is awful.

Yes! We asked the manager if we could keep our car there during the week while we traveled, and they not only let us keep our car parked but shuttled us to and from the airport! At 4am no less! Great service and comfortable stay while we were at the hotel.
