The shower doesnt work, youll hear up room steps, so much noise all night. Shuttle for a 5 minute distance will not arrive unles you want to wait 1 hour. Front desk not very clear. Overall, book in another hotel unless you're good being mistreated.

Worst hotel staff in Irving texas! They put my disabled wife and i out and would not rent to us again because of her service animal. Then called motel 6 and told them not to rent us again so we were stuck outside in the heat all day. My wife ended up having to go to the hospital the next day. Her service animal was so dehydrated from the heat we had to take her to the vet. Never rent from this hotel!

You get what you pay for. I did get a good night's sleep. The bed was okay and the room was quiet. The room was not very clean, and was literally taped together in places. Definitely give yourself at least an hour to get to and from the airport. The free shuttle is shared with many other nearby hotels. It's a small shuttle and can easily fill up leaving people behind. The staff was friendly.

If I could give negative stars I would. Don't walk away from here, RUN!! As soon as I entered my room I was hit with a strong bad odor. The room was extremely disgusting and the chair had a nasty stain. The room was very dimly lit. Within a few minutes of laying on the bed I started getting bug bites on my hands. I immediately left the hotel and cancelled my reservation. The only good thing I can say is that the front desk didn't give me a hassle cancelling my reservation. I later called up Wyndham and requested a refund. Whatever you do, don't stay at this hotel!!
