Rated 4 stars because for this location to be smoke-free, there was a constant smell of cigarette and other types of smoke coming from the rooms. I'm not sure of the company's protocol for fining the offenders. Hopefully they tighten up their rules.

I must say I'm satisfied with this hotel. I honestly like it and if you visit Dallas make sure you will stay here. I was bit nervous before to book it or not but damn it was beyond my expectations ☺ Best customer service like I don't need to tell please clean my room, they do it by itself everyday. Best breakfast sharp on time. Nice location I have no words to explain more but seriously I just love it ❤

I don't know exactly, but apparently the kitchen and dining room are not open (due to social distancing), they only give you a bag with snacks and other things
Yes. To and from DFW but not Love Field. They will take you anywhere within 3 miles for food and shopping.
They are very easy to work with, talk to Clarissa or Mike the manager both are great. Good luck!
