I’m giving 5 stars to this hotel only due to the fact all of the staff but two are amazing Kristin is awesome Sheila is awesome Stephaine is awesome the house keeping staff is amazing as well mona is awesome Caesar if you got to the front desk and is is working he acts as if your bothering him to ask him anything because he is watching a move on his phone when you walk up to the guest desk and the General Manager Blanca well she is very rude and have very bad customer service skills and is never at the guest desk you have to ring a bell and Waite got her to come from the back office how she became the general manager I’ll never know but does not look good for this Best western franchise to have her there to represent this company at all the five stars are not being given from me because of Blanca or Caesar I can assure you of that it’s the others that care about there job and the customers it was also stated to me there are no pets aloud even service animals so to let you know that is illegal just a heads up in that

I had a horrible flight. Delayed delayed. Had to spend the night because missed connecting flight. No luggage. Got to this Best Western and was greeted by Stephanie. I was frazzled and exhausted. As she was checking me in, she gave me a toothbrush etc. She really was a breath of fresh air!! I don’t usually check out, just leave, but she stopped me so she could print out my receipt for reimbursement from the airline!! How kind!!!! You don’t see that type of customer service anymore!

There are 2 large carport parking and shuttles to and from the airport.
Mark, Our shuttle is shared ride; we do ask you to plan for up to 30 minutes for drop off and pick up. It does leave on schedule every 40 minutes starting at 4:05 a.m. from the property and is on request from the DFW Airport. For departures before 4:05 we can schedule it for you at check in.
Booking age is 21 and over, however we do make exceptions for Airport travelers and active military members.
Yes Rodrigo. May be the hotel will charge you a delivery fee for each package received. I really did not use it at this hotel. For more info, you can call the hotel front desk.
