One of our favorite places to stay in Dallas! Been here two weekends in a row and the staff is helpful and prompt! Beautiful views and common spaces. It's so quiet as well... A great place to get away from the busy week or to stay if you're in town for work. The concierge lounge on the 15th floor has a fantastic view and is a comfortable place to relax during the week.

I’m pretty selective when it comes to where I stay. I was only here one night however, I had a very pleasant experience from the time I was welcomed by the front desk to when I checked out. I enjoyed a very nice dinner by the water and the food was excellent. The rooms are clean and newly remodeled. My experience here was very enjoyable. I would not hesitate to book again.

This particular Marriott is becoming one of my favorites in the Dallas area. In past visits we had balcony rooms overlooking the lake; on our most recent visit we were able to enjoy a huge suite. The location is one of the best, with easy access to TX-114 and I-35E. It is walking distance to a number of nice restaurants as well as the Toyota Music Factory. Parking is free, with plenty of space in the garage. Breakfast buffet was good, although we had to wait in line each morning to be seated.

The hotel is very modern and clean, the staff is very accommodating, including the bar staff, staying open later for our group to enjoy a few drinks. The meeting venues were very comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable but a little too sterile for my tastes. Too much white, the rooms need some color. I don't frequent Marriott properties, but the stay was enjoyable and I recommend the hotel. There is also a great selection of dining and activities within walking distance.

No, they serve continental breakfast and you can ordere off a menu but you have to pay for it.

You can schedule your breakfast to come anytime you like. Room service is 24 hours. It's less than 2 miles from Hotel to Convention center to Hotel. We are there as a huge group so don't know about shuttle. Mary Kay had us in huge bushes. You can get phone # off webst and I know they will let you know. They have a small outdoor lot, but a huge parking garage at hotel. Hope this Helps
Depends on the time. Throughout the week will be more expensive than the weekends.
