Elevators AND emergency exits were out of service. Pool was filthy— murky water and overflowing trash cans. They allow smoking in the pool area and surrounding courtyard. Staff was helpful, but not super friendly. For the price, I suppose it’s okay, but I don’t recommend it for anything longer than a quick overnight stay.

I would be extremely careful trusting this hotel with you debit card. I came into the area for work and my company provided and paid for the hotel room in full before my arrival. The employees at check-in asked for my card to put on file for incidentals, I assumed this was protocol even though my company had already paid for the room in full and their card was the primary card to be charged. I then wake up to a $480 pending charge on my account. When I asked the employee I checked in with (Michael) he was not helpful in any sense of the word and said they do not know what amount is charged for incidentals and it should be cleared at checkout. When I asked if there was anything I can do, since my company has their card on file. He responded "What do you want me to tell you?" Fortunately the amount was canceled and I was able to return home for the weekend in a comfortable state of mind. The following week my company brought me out again for work. However for this week, this hotel put three pending charges on my account totaling approximately $1,900. When I called to ask about this, a different employee said that shouldn't have happened and they would take care of it. A day later unfortunately charges for $1,200 went through. This left me with a negative bank account balance with no money to pay bills which negatively affected my credit score, and no money to eat during my work trip so I had to depend on my amazing coworkers to buy me food. Of course my next step was to speak to whoever has the highest authority at this hotel. But another unfortunate circumstance, the general manager doesn't come in until 9:00 a.m. at this point I would have already been at work for 3 hours, due to my 12-hour work days, so I cannot speak to him in person. And I think it speaks for itself, that through these last two weeks, the GM could have called my work phone which they have on file to try to sort this out. I did not receive any phone call from him. At the time I am writing this review, it will be Thursday of my second week. I would usually not write a review before my stay is completed but no resolution from this unfortunate situation la Quinta has put me through will change my opinion.

This hotel is accommodating. Right by DFW airport, shuttle to and fro. Breakfast buffet served 6:30am to 9:30 am. Clean and spacious. Beautiful property, loved sitting on the patio enjoying a hot cup of coffee. Pool is clean and inviting. Will stay again next year.

While enroute to Costa Rica, we had a lay over in Dallas, TX and stayed at this hotel. While checking in and checking out, Rosalind, the receptionist, was there with a very receptive welcoming to this hotel. She had a very bubbly attitude from beginning to end, before we went to bed and was still there when we woke up. The hotel itself was quite nice, well maintained, and provided coffee for the early beds and breakfast at seven. I encourage others to come here.

When you arrive, in the place where the suitcases are removed, there are the telephones to communicate with any hotel, be warned and go to look. I think the service schedule starts at 7 o'clock
