Worst treatment you will find. Been called a dr shopper, self medicating addict by Scott Spendlove. He used to be a decent doctor, not anymore. I went to my final appointment at the Lynx trios center today. Not even a week ago I was called in for a pill count. I live two hours away and am disabled. Had to scramble to find a ride to get there by 5 pm or they would not treat me anymore. I make it there. The pill counting girl didn't brother to verify with me the count, I had already done so and knew i had nothing to worry about. So I go in today and dr tells me my meds were 15 short. This place is crooked. Someone at the lynx building either took my medicine or didn't know how to count. I will never go back here and plan to file complaint with the medical board.

I was forced to take steroid injections, even though I clearly told the doctor and had it in my chart records that I am unable to take steroids and narcotics. The doctor rolled his eyes, then said we don't have non steroid injections and this is the only place you can receive pain management because we are located the closest to your home so you can't go anywhere else. After receiving one of the injections, which aggravated one of my other health conditions causing me to go on tangents and scream uncontrollably. So they fired me from their clinic! I believe I was treated poorly and should have been able to receive non steroid injections which do exist but Pinnacle Pain Center does not use them or at least according to the doctor I seen there they don't. Are they not allowed to order medication that is best suited for their patient's health? I truly feel bad for the employee I mistreated there, it wasn't intentional or her fault.

Pain medication not working I was told to call to be reevaluated. Sounds easy except they have no appointments available. I was told to up my medication I will run out before my next appointment. Sherry is one of the rudest person I have encountered in a long time. I will be looking for a new pain specialist I am scheduled for surgery but not till September. I cannot continue to be seen in this uncaring atmosphere.

My experience with Dr. Smith has literally been the best doctor/patient relationship I've ever had. He has always listened, been empathic, caring and helped find the best solution for my issues. I feel fortune to have found him. One of the support staff there could use some bedside manner training however. Others are very sweet and caring (you know who you are) as they should be since they work in the medical field. I suggest them highly. Lengthy wait time for new patients as their practice is in high demand. Worth the wait though.

They do but nation wide nerve blocks only 50% of people that get those report a 30% gain. Others no gain at all. I personaly know aprox 30 people that have had 6 to 20 nerve block injections. 0 gain on pain.
