Extremely disappointed with the poor management of this company. I learned that our storage unit had been broken into not from the outside of the unit but the from there unit next to ours that they were evicting a tenant. She had been locked out for weeks prior, the manager gave her 3 hours to vacate the unit on Sunday May 30th, 2021. Not only did no one what her and her 2 male companions, these lovely people kicked and sawed through the unit wall accessing our unit and helping themselves to whatever they they wanted. I ONLY happen to find out by chance on Tuesday June 2nd, 2021. We had attempted to open the unit door and something was preventing us from getting the door up. Once my son and I pushed boxes back, slide the door up we could see the full extent of the damage. There was a huge hole kicked/cut through the left side of the unit wall. Boxes and items were thrown all over inside the unit. I immediately called the manager, Heidi answered and said yes we are aware, it happened Sunday. The police told us NOT to contact you, that they would contact on Wednesday. She was onsite and came to our unit. Heidi stated they have had many issues with this tenant. Involving the police. She stated that this tenant was extremely angry and mad prior to them allowing access to her units. She stated she hoped she would just get her things and go quietly. She stated that there were 2 men with this tenant that she had never seen before. Clearly this did not happen. We filed a police report, there were boxes clearly marked along with other items in this tenants unit, along with a saw used to cut through the wall. We have lost over $6,000 , including items that you can not put a value on. I read back through the lease, I know for a fact Heidi did not go over insurance coverage, and the empty signature box proves that. This could’ve been prevented had they watched this tenant and her friends vacate the unit especially since she had been locked out by management for weeks prior, issues with her involving the police in the past, being angry and mad. And IF nothing more, a phone call to us the day it happened. I don’t buy for a second the police told them to NOT contact us. This was a tough and heartbreaking lesson to learn that should NEVER have happened to begin with.

Very disappointed in the layout and no call back and prices are ridiculous high. They close at 10 and have allowed homeless to sleep in front of unites. Not worth the hassle and money. I DID REPORT IT AND HAVE ALL THE TEXT MESSAGES OF THE LADY I SPOKE TO WHO TOOK LONGER THAN 24HRS TO RESPOND AND PICTURES OF THE HOMELESS WHO WAS JUST THERE AGAIN ON SATURDAY AND NOT TO MENTION ALL THE BOATS PARKED IN FRONT OF UNITS AND MAKING IT HARD TO DRIVE A TRUCK THROUGH THERE... TOTALLY THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER RENTED FROM.. IF YOU LIKE I CAN POST THE TEXT AND THE PICTURES TO DISPUTE YOUR CLAIM THAT NO ONE REPORTED IT....I DID AND HAD TO MOVE INCONVENIENTLY ON A BUSY WORK DAY TO ANOTHER UNIT AND RENT WAS STILL RAISED... I FOUND I BIGGER AND CLEANER UNIT FOR LESS WITH GREAT SERVICE..
