My sons first day at the gym was not the greatest, they don’t take good care of your kids. My 3 month old baby was being pushed on the swing so hard it scared my 8year old child. No one was around to help my daughter. They are to watch them at all times.

My husband and I decided to get a membership to get into shape and signed up with Clint. He's a solid guy, really professional and gave us a 3 day trial to try it out first. The hot tub rocks and the steam room is great too. The whole facility is clean with employees constantly walking around making sure the facility is tided up. The equipment works and there's more than enough to go around. My husband and I even tried raquette ball and had a great time. We had our first training session with Johnny and he is honestly incredible. Solid dude and a great, kind personality. He worked with my husband first and taught him exercises that would help with his double jointed shoulders as well as other workouts. My session was great too. I've been having knee issues from being a bit bowlegged and told him as such. I also felt comfortable enough to tell johnny that I had anxiety issues and hated squats. So of course we did squats. Turns out I hated doing them because I've been doing them wrong this whole time! Johnny showed me proper form and got me to stop hating squats but to love hating them! He showed multiple exercises that would help with my knee pain as well and I was surprised at how well it worked! I messed up multiple times and he was super nice about it too! He's gotta be one of the most patient people I've met since if I'm being honest I messed up a LOT. If anyone's looking for a trainer I would 100% ask for Johnny. He also showed my husband and I stretches that we can do together for recovery. As well as teaching us more about fitness outside of just working out. Really just a knowledgeable guy. I'm sitting now the next day, totally sore but also way further along on my fitness journey than I would have been without his help. Thanks a bunch!

Great place to work out or get some cardio in on the basketball court. They usually have good pickup games. If you're looking for a place to ball up. Down side courts are small.

I have been a member for a couple of months now. I mainly go early in the morning. The gym is well kept, the staff are friendly, and I have not seen any real issues. I let them know one of the machines was broken and it was fixed two mornings later when I came back. I have been doing training with Heather. If you want a fantastic personal trainer that cares about your complete fitness, Heather is the person for you. She is knowledgeable, personable, and good at explaining how everything she is teaching you works together. Cannot say enough good stuff about her. No place with as much public use as a fitness center gets is going to be perfect, but Gold's Kennewick does what they can to be great. It is working for them,

Depends. The price is normally between $ 25-40 per person depending on the special they have at that time. And sometimes they also charge a deposit.
Don't understand?
I've been going here for 8 years and they don't do that to me .
I believe is 4 ft at the ends and 5 ft in he middle. I might be off 1/2 ft though.
Yes it has, one person per lane
Don't use it anymore, sorry.
Yes they are but Christmas Eve might affect their hours
I believe 12. It's best to call them though for the specifics.
