I went there walk in the women fan me out talking you can't come in shoot back out the we come to get you as she was fanning her hand at me as I was walking outthe door.. she was rude I really didnt want to do business there. Cause of there attitude I been out of food for three weeks now I call the first week they said they got my stuff late so they taking their time to give it. I been buying for the three weeks I didn't had with cash. It's no problem doing that.. anyway what I don't understand they don't never really want to answered the phone you have to keep call for someone they kind rude when go there. Bad we got to stay out side.and kinds of weather.. They need to be reported to the people that really care they doing us wrong like they own the building they really don'tcare much care of helping people.. the who building need to be fired and start over with people that really want to help an care for people. For Lenoir residents the office has packets on the outside of the front door. But you have to make sure you choose either English or Spanish. They have several programs to choose from.
My number ? What's your question ?
FEMA
The date is what they go by no matter the day it falls on. Sunday.
I would definitely head down to the office. Even if you call, there's likely something you must sign and you'd have to go in anyway.
I checked my card and its nothing up there
Yes!
Yes ma'am at 9 am
Yes. We have 2 programs. 1 is CIP which is an extreme weather. The temperature in the summer is 90 degrees or higher. If only 90 degrees you have to have a child 5 yea or younger in the home or 60 yea and older. Also, it is income eligible and you must have a crisis and let us know how you are going to pay your light bill next month and in the future. The light bill has to be due within 3 days of cut off and we only allow 600 dollars a year. 2nd program is EA assistance. You must have children 17 years or younger living in the household with you. The bill must have a cut off notice. If rent must have an eviction notice. With EA assistance you have to cooperate with child support for money payments. Again this program is income eligible and you must have a 10 percent less in your pay stubs from previous month. If you have a child 18 years in the home and no longer in school and/or 19 year we need their pay stubs as well as other adults living in the household for both program
