Used to like this place and my doctor. Doctor Diamond is a great doctor who cares and listens to your issues. I will recommend him any day. My problem is with the clinic. last time I went to my appointment I was 3 mins late and they told me they would not see me after driving 35 miles to get there and it's not the first time I was denied after I drove all the way to my appointment. I'm done with them

Very disappointed. Why make appointment with you and don't stick to the appointment. Especially when the patient is having blood pressure issues and the medication you put them on doesn't work..

I have been pleased with the service and staff. Dr. Dollins is the first primary care physician that I have seen that actually took time to listen to my concerns. She explained everything so I could understand and didn't rush me out. All the nurses and other staff was very nice and helpful.

I'm changing from their office to one that will not make appointments and not tell about it. Or tries to make me force feed one of my kids. In my opinion that is considered pediatrician abuse. Also lied about me not bringing them in for their appointments.

Why when I call I can never get someone to answer the telephone?

LaSheika Loftin | Sep 11, 2018
Casey Schultz | Sep 11, 2019

Every time I have called they answer. Try calling at their not so busy hours. They have a lot of people to help. They have helped me tremendously with my teeth. If they closed this facility I would be screwed. I hated going to the dentist before going here and now it's no problem and I've been multiple times.
