I HAVE BEEN A PT WITH MODERN MEDICAL FOR 2 YEARS AND HAVE COME TO FIND OUT ALL THE DRS CURRENTLY THERE ARE ALL AMAZING. DR. CONNOR, DR. MARTINEZ, DR. SEDA, AND DR. PALEY. THE WELCOMENESS AND ATTENTION IS GREAT. THEY DRAW BLOOD FOR THE COVIENCE OF ALL THEIR PATIENTS. I WAS TREATED WELL AND EVEN RECIEVED A CALL TWO DAYS LATER TO CHECK ON ME. I HIGHLEY RECOMMEND.

If i could rate zero stars i would. i never really post reviews, but i have never experienced the most incompetent and lazy office in my life. they filed a claim to my insurance that wasn’t correct or even for me. it’s been a month since i’ve tried to get everything figured out with them and every single time i call them they either decline my calls or say that don’t know what i’m talking about. every time they say they will talk to someone in billing or the doctor and call me back they don’t. when i call to follow up they say they haven’t talked to who they need to talk to or they put me on hold for 30 minutes and then hang up on me. their staff is very very rude. no one is helpful in this office. my insurance was changed and i didn’t know(they don’t take my new insurance) and i went to my appointment and a week later they call me and tell me they don’t take my insurance and i need to pay out of pocket for my visit. first of all why would they not check my insurance before my appointment? i wouldn’t of gone if i was made aware they don’t take it. they’re very lazy and unprofessional. been going here 7 years and the staff gets progressively worse every time i go. don’t go here, they’re awful.

This practice is a scam. I went to a check up two weeks ago and I asked how much the cost would be, they told zero. I get there and then they tell me I owe $90 from two that’s ago. I paid it and got referred to see a dermatologist in the same building. I go in and they say I have to pay another $90. I told them never mind, cancel my appointment.
