I would like to make it a point that every employee here has great costumer service. When I went two days ago . I had a 2023 sportage or optima 2020 on my mind but due to my current situation i knew it would be more hard to get into a sportage over the optima. When I arrived Justice greeted me, and became my salesperson. He was very nice and helped me leave with my top second choice in a dream car. I was in and out , driving with a freshly cleans and serviced car. Will definitely be coming back to walk away with my dream car. Most coolest, funniest, relatable salesman I've worked with . We take all of the precautions suggested by the Health Inspector and CDC. Including the following: We spray electrostatic disinfectant 3x per week which kills all living bacteria and virus on hard surfaces. In addition we have all employees temperatures logged daily as a precaution. We have hand sanitizer stations throughout the dealership along with Air Purification Systems and Ionizers. We use a product to disinfect vehicles when they are washed and prior to delivery that is anti microbial. All employees and customers must wear masks when within 6 feet of someone else and generally they wear masks all day unless In a private setting. We disinfect the dealership nightly along with deep cleans and we Lysol common areas. We also require any employees with exposure to get a PCR test before returning to work. We believe we are doing an excellent job of protecting our customers and employees and we will continue to adapt and ensure our dealership is Covid safe for all. - Raceway Mgmt
