Very friendly staff and the Dr was very helpful and knowledgeable in my situation making sure I understood what was going on and proper treatment needed. Definitely made me feel comfortable as I am not usually a fan of doctors visits.

I get,them for my neck and they help me. As for the reference, I think depends on what your insurance wants.
I'm not them but they have a list of insurance they take on their web site. They are very good at whet they do. They are also friendly, which many specialists forget to be.
