For the most part Nashua transit is ok. I understand there is a work shortage going around but haven't had the central bus on Saturday nights in over a month. And now they cancel another route for tomorrow. This will probably be an every Saturday thing now too (Make the dispatcher drive) also half the time they don't wait for transfers and some drivers drive horrible. Instead of having a night van during the week that no one probably uses make that driver do central on Saturday nights. I'm sure within the next few weeks they will cancel more routes on Saturdays and have more excuses. The MBTA is more realiable than the Nashua transit center sorry to say

I’ve been riding the bus for 17 years and been rode past twice in that period of time. The drivers start on time give or take a few minutes, and for the most part get you need to go give or take five minutes. This is the city bus not the Greyhound to Boston or Manchester, heck there’s not even a Best Western in Nashua as one reviewer states! The lady behind the counter is probably the most helpful person you could ask for!! Be nice to her and you’ll get that in return!!!

For service inquiries, please call (603)880-0100 ext. 1 Regarding your question, currently as of June 2021, the Route 9 goes into the first parking lot of Nashua H.S. North on the hour. At night the Nashua North H.S. bus stop is on-call only on the Central Route...riders can call (603)880-0100 ext. 1 to request pick-up or tell their driver they would like to be dropped off. The closest bus stop to Nashua H.S. South is the 11 Riverside St. Bus Shelter. This stop is served by the Route 6 during the day and the South Route at night. There is also a stop near Conway Arena that is served by the Route 12.
NTS offers free fare for senior citizens ages 60+ on our fixed route bus service when they show a senior ID card. Seniors can register for their free Senior ID card at the Transit Center Monday-Friday, 8 am-noon and 1 pm-5 pm. This program is funded by NH Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and Bureau of Elderly and Adult Services (BEAS).
