This is our go-to place for tire problems. Went in on Sunday with a low tire pressure problem and despite being shorthanded and very busy they fit us in and fixed it for $20 (and they could charge twice that and I think it would still be a good deal). We did have to leave the car there for a few hours, so do not expect instant service. They were also able fix a leak with another vehicle last year that another tire shop could not even find.

Highly recommend Tires Plus! They were able to take me in the evening before a holiday, and ensure the best rate and quickest time on a new tire. I was in and out the same night and really enjoyed working with Daniel at the front desk! Thank you!

Third time replacing tires here in the last 10 years or so. All the three times I got a quote online on tiresplus.com and they stick to the quote not just upto the dollar but upto the cent. They haven't attempted to sneak in services or add an additional cent even once. Show me any other service center in the DC metro area that does this. Edwin and Daniel are absolute professionals. They gave their advice and recommendations but not even once pushed for doing any service rightaway. I see Edwin being praised in other reviews as well - not a surprise. Looks like they are building a good culture. Management/Owners please encourage such professionals. In the long term, such professionals will create perennial repeat business for you.

First off, need to thank our advisor, Edwin, which was the one we (my husband and i) had been talking to about the tires for my husband's car. It is snowing and it's the first snow storm of the season and Edwin was very professional and helpful. Also need to thank our technician, David. I must say that these two men made us feel more safe in our car!!!! It took roughly a couple hours to get new tires put on and an alignment done. Which we were okay with since we needed to go to target anyway. Which it all worked put perfectly. Very satisfied with the customer service factor!!! These two men should get recognized since they were the only ones there and its snowing.
