I lived at Prosperity Flats for one year, and it was a fabulous experience. The neighborhood is fantastic, with the metro, restaurants and shops all within walking distance. Our apartment had a panoramic view of the Mosaic District, with a nice-sized balcony to see it all, and it was shockingly quiet, a huge bonus. Travis was extremely professional and helpful for the entire move-in process. Rhina and the other staffers were always polite and helpful, and the maintenance crew responded promptly to any issues we had. We loved the amenities including a beautiful pool, decent gym, and 3 sparkling clean Weber grills to use year round (had to bring my own lighter since the ignitors didn't work, not a big deal). We didn't have pets, but the building is extremely dog-friendly. Literally every morning on my way to work, I witnessed the cleaning crew disinfecting the elevators, mopping the floors, and cleaning the glass doors and windows. This was especially reassuring during COVID. The guest parking was challenging, but available when needed. We were always able to secure a guest spot on the 4th floor deck, it just required securing a pass from the concierge. From a security standpoint, the fob system and the 24hr concierge was reassuring, although Uber eats and other food delivery peeps roamed the building all the time. We never had any theft or security issues personally. Overall, I thought Prosperity Flats was a wonderful place to live, and would highly recommend it.
