This building is trash. I just moved here from Vita in Tysons Corner because I enjoy this area a little better. But what a mistake that was. They advertise this as a luxury property.... what a joke. The walls are made of paper so you can hear everything your neighbor does, (in every direction). the parking garage is a mess and always has a ton of trash and junk everywhere.... It has been less than 2 months since I moved in and the painfully loud fire alarm has gone off twice for no reason.... Should've read the reviews before coming here. Don't move here.... the only thing, and i mean THE ONLY thing it has going for it is Mosaic and amenities.

I have been living in Modera Mosaic for over 4 years now and had pretty good experience living here. The management has always been very helpful both in lease renewal and solving issues. I would like to highlight Tanya Congdon the community manager, who is part of new management and doing really good job so far; I had few maintenance issues in my apartment and a situation with which I was no happy, however she raised my concerns with her manager and got the issue(s) resolved in a promptly fashion. Kudos to Modera mosaic management for always having a customer centric mindset and always treating resident empathetically.

It is 3am now and we haven’t been able to sleep due to MAJOR NOISE from the use of HEAVY MACHINERY outside our apartment here. This has been going on for 2 hours now. It is absolutely unacceptable. Does nobody care about the residents here? This is not an isolated incident. There are many noise issues, but the management is not doing anything about it. Do not come here if you want to sleep peacefully.
