The entire team was amazing. Anna Bougie, RDN, took her time to make sure I understood my new healthy eating plan and even printed out ready to eat meals I can buy at grocery stores. Looking forward to work with everyone to a better and healthy lifestyle.

This was a phone-visit. As such some things where not done because of the outbreak of the Coronavirus .But the caring manner continued. The dietitian interviewed me, but did not see me. I did recognize her voice from previous times in the office. She did have good suggestions about modifying my diet because of certain problems. That gave me confidence to continue on my wt loss program. I will admit to writing down & preparing for this office viewing with trepidation because I had lost wt being confined inside most days. With daily walks in the am, pushed & forced movement by my Fitbit, the liquids as well as the mostly veggie/protein diet is working. Watching all the norms come forth by my body meanwhile trying to stay sane in these trying times is making me ever thankful for the God above .
