Good place and atmosphere and nice service too

I can’t believe how smooth this process went. Jessica was super kind and made it easy. We applied Tuesday, got the tour Thursday, and by Friday we got the keys! Jessica said she’d let us know if we got approved the same day of the tour, and 20 minutes later we got the email of approval! The neighborhood itself has been very quiet and even coming home late we are always able to find parking in front of our building. The neighbors are all quiet and have been very kind. The apartments are updated nicely, spacious, and come with a lot of extras. Its literally 5 minutes walking from a big plaza. We couldn’t be happier

Too bad they only seem to have carpet options when everyone else for the price has vinyl flooring.

I’m moving out in few days but I wanted to leave a review. The community here was nice. Maintenance has been amazing and the location is very convenient with stores right across the street. The apartments are updated for the most part (minus the bathrooms) If I had any cons, it would definitely be the parking (spaces too small and not enough parking) how thin the walls are, and the amenities. When it came to the walls, I could always here conversations and stomping upstairs. Get a top floor unit if you can. But overall I was satisfied with my experience.
