They serve tasters choice instant coffee instead of filter coffee. Coconut chutney with frozen coconut, tasteless. Sambar was not fresh, made with pre made MTR masala. Dosa had too much baking soda, I’m still belching after 4 hours. Vada was frozen and thawed, too hard. Better to go to A2B in Herndon unless they improve on quality.

Tried buffet at Saravana palace today. My taste buds are screaming because of the torture they have gone through today😭😭 They had pav bhaji, sambhar, dosa, pani puri, paneer, naan, some curries, carrot halwa, curd rice, rice pudding, mango lassi etc. Everything was tasteless. Either the salt was less or spice level was not proportionate. I don't even understand how can a south Indian place ruin taste of sambhar 😄 mango milk shake had only yellow color and water there was no mango no milk. Fritters were just oily with no salt. You will find nanak frozen gulab jamun much better than the ones they had. Looks like their cook also forgot to cook carrot halwa properly. He/she just mixed carrots with some cashew. If you wanna save yourself from some torture, please never try their buffet.
