I called the store asking about a price for a product and the person answering the call hung up in my face. I called back and told them how i was treated and their response was “ok”. I explained that it was rude to treat customers that way. He screams and says we don’t give out prices over the phone. I asked him why and he screamed “because we don’t”. I advised him how incredibly unprofessional he was and let him know he just lost a customer. I will spend my money somewhere that values customer service. Beauty one will not get anymore of my money.

So yes! Um Hi . I went in there October 4th 2019 and saw many colors including clear of plastic caps for a dollar. Its a bargain! Bring your own bag when you shop and it's black owned so make sure to go back.
