The store is well stocked, but the security guard follows customers around the entire store. Every isle I was in he walked passed the isle every 5 seconds. I felt so uncomfortable. I’m a hairstylist. I spend a few hundred dollars every time I go to the beauty supply store. I had a basket full of items that I needed but I left them there because I was so uncomfortable with the shopping experience. I’d rather spend my money elsewhere. When I called the store to complain, I was told that’s his job, the woman I spoke to was very rude. I will no longer shop at Beauty One. I will also tell my coworkers not to shop there as well. They treat their customers like criminals. I’d rather order the things I need in bulk online, than be put through such a humiliating shopping experience.

Great selection of items!! But please make sure you CHECK your products before leaving the store. This is Ebin edge tamer I purchased today. Never saw one look like this. Their method for inventory needs improvement.
