My wedding set was in dire need of a professional cleaning. I visited Mike (the owner) today and it was the best experience I have ever had at a jeweler. He makes everyone feel like family and is very knowledgeable about his craft. They went the extra mile to even take my morganite gem out of the setting to get it extra clean. I feel like I have a brand new wedding set and can’t stop staring at it. HIGHLY recommend everyone visit them for their jewelry needs from small to big.

We shopped a number of stores before going with Mike at Berkshire. What really sold us was his phenomenal approach of no pressure while taking the time to teach us what would be our best option. Great experience for my wife and I. We weren't ignored or pressured at all. They special ordered a ring for my wife and once it got here and we went to see, they sized it the same day and she loves it. Pricing is great. Can tell they aren't trying to make a years wages off one sale. While we were there we seen people coming and going...repeat customers, specialized and personalized jewelry orders. Don't get me wrong they have a great selection on hand too. But if it's not there, they'll help you find it. The customers all seemed to have the same comfortable and relaxed demeanor because that's just the atmosphere you'll find here. I'd definately recommend Berkshire Diamonds.
