Checked in online. They took me right away, even though it stated there was a 25 minute wait. Was greeted soon as I walked in. I believe the lady who cut my hair was Olena, she did a great job. I changed it up from my regular cut and she went with it. Will use her again and recommend.

They were busy but I checked in online and didn't have to wait long. My cut was perfect and my stylist was very nice and accommodating.

Recommend this place. Finally found a place that can cut hair. I've been to many barbers around the Surprise area, and honestly most cant cut hair 😔 Staff was friendly. Had a lot of staff on hand ready to go. Prices were the best. Paid $16 for my hair cut.

Zsa Zsa is the only one my son trusts and at 15- this is important! Moved to Oregon and when we flew in for a visit she was a must stop while we were in town ❤️😊she listens and works with what clients want and makes my scruffy teen look great!(even with a mask on his hair looks awesome!)

That's a great question, I've not found one yet that clips my fancy just so, but if you've found one yes you can. If your checking in online and there's no room to put in for which hairdresser you prefer I believe there's a notes area to fill in. If your going into the store personally just ask for the hairdresser and they'll let you know when their working next if their not in the day you walk in!
