Hello I just wanna leave A response to let other parents know that If you are looking to put your son in the O4 division of a new club You might want to look elsewhere. The coach and the management for that team are very unprofessional. my son just quit to concentrate on school and getting a job. And the coach and manager couldn't even respond back when we notified them. Not a thank you for 2 years of hard work. All of his teammates message him and called him to let him know how much they were going to miss him playing. As far as the owners of the club good luck trying to get ahold of them I have left messages and phone calls for the last 2 weeks not one response back. The players and parents of that team Are great but the coaching staff needs to be a lot better for that team to get better. I can only leave a review of that team and that Division not any other division.

I was a little taking back by a few of these reviews, Since leaving a very toxic club and bring my two daughters over here to Arizona FC. We have been nothing but please. Sounds like sour grapes IMO As a past coach and player at club levels I understand what it takes for the kids to be successful and thrive. The Staff of coaches, to include the owner are constantly striving to be better and provide the best opportunities for the players and coaches. I have witnessed first hand the growth in my own kids and other players as well. Yes, the expectations high, they better be, especially the older they get. I have watched what happens when the parents and the kids show very little commitment. It is toxic and frankly unfair to the kids who put in the work. What I have seen at AFC is the opposite, Both teams my kids play on all work hard and challenge each other to be better everyday, every practice, every game. When you join a club team as a parent you have to be just as committed as the player. If you don't hold them to what is expected from the club you are equally to blame for their lack of playing time or growth. As the old saying goes, you get what you put in. My kids are thriving in the club and its is because of the training and effort the coaches put in to them and the work they put into being better and successful. Great Club, Great owner and we couldn't be happier.

Probably the best soccer club in Arizona. As a former club soccer player, high school and college player, and former coach, I can say this is a great choice for club soccer for any age and for both boys and girls! This club has grown the right way and has an excellent reputation in the west valley. Parents should expect a competitive atmosphere, if you are looking for a place where every player gets equal playing time go join a recreational league. Playing time is earned through hard work, skill, character, and motivation. These players have close knit relationships and the coaches and owners pour their hearts into this organization. Prices are more than fair and communication with parents is great! My daughter has been playing with this club for years and I can’t wait for my youngest to join when he is older. I can’t say enough good things about Arizona FC, and I am available for any questions or additional information! Excellent choice! 5 stars!

We also did not have a good experience with Arizona FC. We signed up both of our boys as they both were super excited to play club soccer. Our oldest, who played on the 2004 boys team, had an absolutely awful experience. His coaches, Wendy and Brandon, were ridiculous, played tremendous favorites, and taught the team nothing. He was even punished by the coach for being the only player who left to play high school soccer. After the high school season when he returned, the coach refused to play him. We pulled him from the club immediately. The experience was so bad we didn't even mind having to pay the balance to get him out of there. My youngest had a slightly better experience on the 2008 boys team. He really enjoyed his teammates, but his coach ruined it for him as well. After the season started our original coach moved down to coach the 09 boys and we were left with Jesus. He thinks he's a really good coach, but as someone who watched every minute of every practice, he taught them nothing. When the boys would ask to learn strategy, he would always say they would get to it later. They never did. And don't get me started on his motivational speeches. He told the team after a tournament that he was told "before I got here they told me this team was terrible" and "you think you're good? There are 1000 players in Arizona better than you." He's a real winner. Do yourself a favor, look elsewhere for a club soccer experience. Both of our boys are now playing for Benfica and the difference has been night and day! The coaches are of so much higher caliber, they are learning so much more, playing against much higher caliber competition, and both boys really love their coaches and teammates. There are things wrong with Arizona FC that I just don't think the owner has any desire to fix.
