Very disappointing experience. This is a hard review to write because I want to love this place. We bought our first RV here and the sales experience was great. This review is only about our latest service experience with Steve. I dropped my trailer off for a list of repairs. They had my trailer for twice as long as they promised. I am not upset with how long they had my trailer but for the lack of communication. They will not call you with updates, as promised. I had to call them every time and hope that they answered. I was even told “we gave you a call” when I know they didn’t. When I went to pick up my trailer I was there for 3 hours while I waited for them to finish up. I was told that my trailer was done the day before but it clearly wasn’t. I did an inspection of the work, before I left and that is where it started getting really bad. The trailer was filthy and there were screws on the floor. I could tell right away that one service wasn’t done and another one wasn’t finished. I couldn’t believe it, they had lied to me. I pointed all this out to Steve and agreed with me and asked my to leave my trailer for a few more days. Again, I never received any updates from him. I had to call to confirm it was done. I went to pick it up, again and this time it appears everything was completed. There are some services that are hard to verify visually but I have to hope they got done. This place lied to me on more than one occasion. They took my money for services that weren’t done and they never really apologized. They have no grasp of customer service and I will never trust them again. My family was going to buy a new RV next year and I will not shop here because of my service experience. Make sure you double check all work from this place before you pay.
