Had good experience. Bought new 2018 trailer. Minor finish issues, but not enough to bring back for warranty reapairs.
From what I've heard, new RVs tend to have defects because they're not as mass-produced as cars, might not matter where you buy it. I bought a Jayco at this place and everything is pretty much fine, so I got lucky maybe.
How did they respond to the problems? We're they fixed at no charge?
