I will never recommend anyone to buy an rv from this place. They sold me a vrqnd new rv with defects. When this rv was sold they said this is top of the line Jayco brand so i decided ro give it a go. The water heater had a lead faucet had a leak.

Had good experience. Bought new 2018 trailer. Minor finish issues, but not enough to bring back for warranty reapairs.

From what I've heard, new RVs tend to have defects because they're not as mass-produced as cars, might not matter where you buy it. I bought a Jayco at this place and everything is pretty much fine, so I got lucky maybe.

How did they respond to the problems? We're they fixed at no charge?
