DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION. Honestly the rudest people I’ve had the experience of “working” with. I made my appointment for Wednesday showed up 15 mins early, wore a mask like they insisted on, and it took almost 2 hours to change oil on a 2013 Toyota Tacoma. And they said it was because I chose a bad time for them. If it takes you 2 hours to change oil, PLEASE CLOSE YOUR STORE. The big guy at the front should not work customer service.

Last year in May I went to this shop and turned out my turbo needed to be replaced. They had my car 2 WEEKS! They replaced the turbo but then could not figure out why the car was idling so low. Here I am less then a year later and the turbo was leaking and had to be replaced again! The warranty on their service is not even up yet….I have dropped my car off at Wilhelm Automotive this morning, and will be picking it up tomorrow afternoon. I am GLAD to pay Wilhelm to replace it then EVER take my car and business back to this shop. Johnny is the worst, condescending, patronizing, unprofessional and has no business running an automotive repair shop, he has no knowledge whatsoever. I wouldn’t trust this place to change a wiper blade.

If you can afford to avoid this place, I recommend doing so. Usually, I take my vehicle to the dealership for an oil change. However, I was in a hurry to use my car and wanted to get it done close to home. Upon receiving my car, the employee forgot to tighten the bolts to my air filter, my engine cover was missing, and now my car is leaking oil. These companies require zero experience. General managers get a bonus based on the work that is done. Avoid lube shops when you can. These people are either clueless or con artists.
