I had to buy a phone due to my carrier said i had to add a line to be able to replace my broken phone. It would have cost me over 55.00 per month. I went to Best Buy and found a phone for 150.00 and just changed the Sim card and kept my same number and monthly cost. Great service and knowledgeable.

I hadn't been in a Best Buy in years. I was confused trying to check in. I'm old so I don't have scan on my phone but I purservered. A employee told me two checkers to try and going to the back of the store I got fast great service and out the door before the other checker got to the second customer. They do need more open checkers, times are different and I appreciate my service. I wish I could remember my employee name, maybe Terry.

When you wait for half an hour for someone to help you. And u even ask. But nobody shows up. Either they don't pay their employees enough to care. Or they are understaffed because they don't Pay enough. If you want to waste your time. Come here.
