Ive been going to this fry’s for a few years now and usually have good experiences. But today at the self checkout aisle, an employee named Tammy was very rude and literally watched over my shoulder as I was checking out. It felt racially motivated that she would only keep an eye on me and my husband checking out but not give that same energy to the other people around. Also, I didn’t appreciate how disrespectful she was being to her coworkers. She yelled out at one “ do your job !” In front of everyone in the self checkout aisle. I felt so bad for her colleagues

My parents went in to complete a western union transaction and the person completing the transaction, Naomi, was very rude. This isn't their first time completing this type of transaction at this location and it has been sent correctly in past transactions. However, Naomi did not even correctly enter the transaction country, which was Serbia and it was written down for her, but instead the transaction was made to Qatar. Now, I had to call Western Union twice for her mistake, pick up the refund and do the whole transaction over again. I dont know if she's new to how Western Union is done but this is unacceptable. DO NOT GO TO THIS FRY'S LOCATION TO COMPLETE ANY WESTERN UNION TRANSACTIONS.

This store really needs to re-evaluate their COVID policy. They don't have enough people working there to properly take care of their customers, I have a baby and am constantly bagging my own groceries while holding my baby. Drop your mask mandate for employees and I bet more people will be willing to work there.

If i could give pharmacy negative 5, i would do it. Takes a week to fill your prescription (they don't mention that anywhere). Obviously no-one is picking up the phone, and if they kindly do it, there is a chance they would hang up on you. They had my business for years, i guess they don't care for it, which is fine. This review is an FYI to potential new customers. Don't go there. As the grocery store it is fantastic, but that pharmacy is dragging the whole place down 👎👎👎
