This is the worst Sephora I have ever been to. Every time I go there I have a horrible experience. They have been rude and not helpful whatsoever. As an ex-Sephora employee, I know what it means to have good customer service and what they do there, isn't it. Save yourself time and go to another Sephora store.

Stopped at Brea location out of convenience. Horrible customer service. I asked a sales representative for assistance in Charlotte Tilbury area. After waiting quite some time I decided to leave to Downtown Disney where I'm always greeted with kindness. Monday afternoon, store was not busy.

This was the first time I went to this store. I went in bare face (In case I need to color match anything) and I think I spoke to like 5 different employees and they were all Super Nice and Helpful💖 THANK YOU

I walked in the Brea mall Sephora, to be color matched for foundation and Moe was sooo helpful. She even helped my daughters. Thank You definitely will be back.
