Called spectrum and they told us to bring our paperwork to any spectrum store once notarized to have change names on account. However, we did all that and brought to them to this store. Vilmar Espinoza refused to help and he can’t do anything. It was too much trouble since he can’t make any commission out of account transfers. Waste of time and poor customer services.

Went in to pay my bill. Self service machine was not working and has not been fixed for several months. Only 3 customer service attendants on duty. Waited for over 30 minutes and they had not finished with 1 customer yet. I had to leave without paying because line was too long and I did not have time to wait. You need to fix the self serve machine and/or have more counters open.

We’ve had Spectrum for many many years, they’re customer service and service has gone down hill. I ordered an Apple TV device thru Spectrum and was told I had 3 days to return it if it was unopened, I returned it thru our local UPS store, yet Spectrum CONTINUED to bill my account for the Apple TV device for months and would not stop until I could show proof of sending it back thru UPS. Thankfully I had the UPS receipt, took them months to credit my account
