Recently moved to Az. & started going to Lowe's verses Home Depot due to several bad experiences recently. Rusty in plumbing was very knowledgeable & helpful all the times I was there & Jeff in appliances was as well. Thank you to both of you & to all Lowe's staff for always being available & helping us with all our questions. We'll definitely be doing more business w/you.

Purchased a washer and dryer from lowe's and paid for installation. The installer was unable to remove one of the hoses for the old washer and so handed me a wrench and told me to do it. I told them I paid for installation and if they were unable to install the new washer and dryer then they have to take them back. They did so but in the process they removed the drain hose from my old washer. Our old washer still worked so we decided to use it and since the installers had removed the drain hose without us knowing it flooded our house. I'm waiting for a refund...and wonder if I need to sue Lowe's for water damage to my home.

Always Liked going here, but the 1st 3 People I found to "Help Me" didn't seem Interested to help at all meanwhile the store's a half mile long... There was a young lady who finally was able to help and she ended up helping me multiple times she rocked The rest of the crew might be retired in this maybe their retirement job or so it seemed hahaha. It would be cool if they offered small discounts occasionally a few people in the store as well said they couldn't find a person to be seen to help them and they had mentioned they are going to end up going to Home Depot again.

They always have beautiful flowers for my garden! And great prices too! I really had a good time going into Lowe's today oh, the place was clean and organized as you can see by my photos. They have a nice section in the paint department called room-to-room,, and it really helps you picking out colors that harmonize together. My boyfriend really liked the Craftsman tool section,,, as I am sure most men would! What is it with men and tools anyway?
