They never pick up the phone. Tried contacting them multiple times, but I’ve never heard back from them. I even went to their leasing office during their open hours, and knock on the door for about 10min apparently there was nobody in the leasing office. I tried calling them again when I was outside the leasing office, and I was able to hear the phone ringing from inside. ZERO COMMUNICATION.

I was first scared about moving in because you never know who is around between kid friendly or not but im glad I did every neighbor I have met has only been the nicest. I also found that office staff are on the ball when things happen and are sweet to talk to.

Landmark is an excellent place to live. Close to everything! It is actually quicker to walk to the store than drive.

I have lived at Landmark for many years. I love living here, the large yard space and spread out buildings really make it feel like a home. The staff is always kind and responsive to my requests. I plan on staying here for many years to come.

Laundry is not in unit. However, we do have an on-site laundry facility for your convenience.
We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. Pet fee is $400 with $200 refundable. Pet rent is $10 per month per pet.
