I like Popeye's but this particular one has a very rude crew. We were the only one in the drive thru line, and she refuses to change items while we were still ordering. Popeye's, bring up your service level!

No this is not Halal

Terrible attitude and not customer friendly. Not clear where to make drive-thru order. When i missed the order point and reached the Window, the employee ( not sure if he is the manager ) forced me to go back to the end of long line to order again.

I would go inside. As far as the issue goes, I would call the manager and let them know what happened. Bring to their attention that the drive thru order area is not clearly marked. I am sorry you went through this. Please stay safe 🙏
