I was researching used BMWs for a couple of weeks. I sent an inquiry thru true car for a 5 series and a sales rep reached out immediately asking if I’d like to test drive. I never responded but Lucy reached out a few days later letting me know the BMW I was interested was sold but sent a couple other similar sedan options. I asked her if they had any other BMWs and she sent back the listing for an x3. I set up an set up an appointment with her the next day to test drive.The entire team at Winn was very helpful, kind and patient throughout the entire process. They were cool with me bringing my dog in which was great. All my questions about the vehicle were answered and pricing was explained in detail. Lucy and Albei really made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. No pressure to purchase the vehicle was ever applied, which I appreciated. Lucy doesn’t just sell cars to sell cars, she sells with the intent on making sure the vehicle is the right fit for the customer. I love my new car and I’m glad to have found Winn!
