When my eGolf had an electric issue they did provide a rental for the 3 to 4 days it was in the shop. It was being fixed under warranty though.
That was not the dealership policy when I was a customer
Yes I got the loaner when they kept my car. Thanks to Doug who mentioned this policy when he wanted to keep my car.
I left my Tourage there for 7 days.electrical problems Now 2 hrs later same problems? Warranty for 12months I hope they have a loaner.Thank you for all your reply!
Not that I have heard either. They point you at the rental place in walking distance.
