I'm not sure. I haven't lived there in a couple years. When I moved out it has a little high if you ask me but everyone was taking advantage of the housing crisis including long term RV parks. Best suggestion is to call them during the business hours M-F. Don't get too discouraged. RV spaces are scarce and spendy still.
