We are from Klamath falls Oregon and come to Vancouver to visit my man’s 3 year old daughter, our last stay it was my man, his daughter and me( 8 months pregnant at the time) and we were charged a cleaning fee for glitter on the floor from a baby doll we got our step daughter. I worked at a hotel so I picked up all my linens and put them in a pile and all trash. I know how to respect housekeepers. We tried explaining it to the front desk but they didn’t wanna hear it so I disputed it with my credit card company. Here it is a few months later, coming to visit our step daughter and we book at this hotel and they CANCEL our booking due to being on the “do not rent” list. Are you kidding me? If you’re gonna stay here make sure you clean your room thoroughly because they don’t like doing it and will charge you extra for it. We got charged a cleaning fee because we didn’t vacuum before we left the room. And the front desk lady was picking her nose when I walked in. Not professional and super gross

So, initially, my family and I were VERY skeptical. The lobby smelt weird, one room had a King instead of 2 Queens (which wasn't a big deal, but the principle is that's not what we purchased) and the employees were not very friendly or helpful. We were seriously debating finding a new hotel. But after that initial encounter, EVERYONE we met was so courteous, cheerful and helpful and my 'raving' review here is due to this hotel having THE BEST continental breakfast I've ever been to! There was always someone there cleaning/restocking items, they had such a great selection -including gluten free items! And everything was such good quality! My little family and I slept so well and were/are so happy with our experience. The pool was closed for renovations, but we will DEFINITELY stay here again - can't wait to write a review about the pool!

I work in the medical field and have been staying at this hotel since November 2021. It is now March 2022. The staff here are wonderful and kind. It feels like family here. The rooms are clean, well sized, and the location is convenient to work, airport, and easy to get around. I have recommended this location to the agencies I work for.

11/10 would recomend and stay again, in fact! We are going to be booking again in a few days. The room was spotless, the towels plentiful, the water from the pits of hell itself! It was nice. Spacious and very accommodating. I came to the continental breakfast kinda late so the eggs were pretty much all gone, but there was sausage, waffle maker station, cold cereal, oatmeal, fruit. Everything you might reasonably want for breakfast. The coffee was good, the juice as well. The staff were very friendly/kept to them selves otherwise. Checking out was a breeze and the front desk staff were always friendly and Profesional. Reasonably prices for the accommodations provided. It was a lovely expirence and I will be going again.
