The Location seemed alright, the rooms I haven't a clue as the receptionist was very rude & absolutely refused to function in any manner that's typically conducive to there related field. Sadly after driving 18 hours & looking forward to some much needed rest ,we were forced to switch our reservation at the last minute. As we absolutely refuse to do business at any establishment that functions in any negative manner & treats its potential customers like utter trash, even refusing to give a courtesy call ( or text) once rooms are they're done, amongst a host of other shortcomings. However I'm happy she acted in such a way ,as we'd of never ended up going to Holiday Inn Portland Airport off 205. Where we were awestruck at the above & beyond hospitality we received from everyone there .

When we first checked in, we got sent to the room that not completely ready. The bed was not ready. So we asked for the room changed. The receptionist gave us a new upgrade room. The room was okay. However, as we started to stay in it, we started finding many things that we did not expect. Here are the lists: No facial Kleenex, No Hair Conditioner, No Coffee cups, Freezer is not working, No Ice in vending machines in all floors, Only 1 Elevator that works SOMETIMES. The receptionist is very friendly. And the breakfast is great.

Had a great stay here. Excellent interactions with front desk, housekeeping, and breakfast crew. Blocked out group of rooms, front desk super helpful with logistics. Housekeeping kept us stocked with extra towels after all the pool time. Standout was Kimberly from the kitchen staff. We’re stayed at several Holiday Inns with same breakfast buffet, but none with someone who cared so much about the guest, from friendly greetings to always refilling what’s needed at the perfect time. Our dance company had to leave for competition before breakfast opened, and Kimberly packed to-go bags for all the kids. Above and beyond, can’t recommend more. Great location and pool was good too!!

We booked the executive double queen room and we were pleasantly surprised. The room was the perfect size for us. The pool was clean and the hot tub worked well. The lobby was very clean and also super cozy with seating and a nice fireplace. The staff was super friendly and accommodating, they went above and beyond! They got us water and extra pillows without hesitation, (I’m pregnant and need all the pillows) Our daughter left her most special stuffy in our room after we checked out and drove almost 8 hours home. I called the following day and the GM Diane eagerly worked with us to get it shipped back to our home!! She was so helpful and kind. We recommend this hotel 10/10. Would stay again without question, if we travel back to this area!
