Stay at this location for one night. I only gave it a two stars because the room was not clean and the breakfast was terrible. The shower wall had some hair from the prior guest that was not cleaned. The carpet had not been vacuumed. The breakfast offered at this location lacks of quality and the coffee tasted like a color water. I would not recommend this hotel to my friends at all.

Here for a kids tournament because of the pool, but both days we tried to use it they said it was “chemically imbalanced”. It’s now Saturday and they said it won’t be open till Monday. Also three people in our small group had to be moved in the late hours of the night because water stopped working and kids got less sleep as a result. Seems like they have a lot of issues here. You may want to stay somewhere else.

Really great experiences, I've stayed here twice now. Service is amazing, rooms are good, nice neighborhood. Also it was nice seeing their maintenance working on projects, like fixing the pool tiles where they needed to be replaced. Will be back :)

Absolute worst customer service experience at this Marriott. My vehicle was vandalized during a stay in October 2021. Submitted a police report immediately, asked for video of parking lot as my vehicle was parked less than 50 feet from the main entrance and they do NOT have video cameras of the exterior. Being a Marriott rewards member, I provided feedback three separate times on Marriott Bonvoy site, and never received a response. I love to visit friends in the area but will NEVER stay there again. No plans for future cameras and I do not plan on adding a $500 deductible for insurance claims each time I visit. Highly considering becoming a Hilton Member.

They have a decent selection (but no waffles, as mentioned by someone else). Eggs, turkey sausage, bacon, cheese, spinach, salsa, tortillas, bagels, muffins, toast, fresh fruit (cantaloupe, strawberries, bananas), oatmeal (pecans, brown sugar, cranberries, rasins, honey, agave, coconut for toppings), granola, Cheerios, yogurt, milk, apple juice, orange juice, cranberry juice, water, tea, apple cider, hot cocoa, and coffee. I think there's more, that's just off of memory from the few days I've been here. Hope this helps!

It's $20. However, be careful when booking through third party websites. My card was charged twice upon checking in. Once for $20 and then $80. I asked the front desk why and they said they'd speak to their manager about it, apparently it was because I booked through hotels.com. I didnt get my deposit until 7 days later, after calling my bank and having them sort it out.
No they don't offer laundry
No but breakfast is included, there is a snack shop and many restaurants very close by.
