I’ve waited two weeks to write this review on purpose - giving management time to respond to our emails. Since that hasn’t happened, here it is. Besides the homeless people right outside the front door, this hotel isn’t bad. However, there was no hot water our second day at this hotel and we were told the solution was to EMAIL THE MANAGER. Emailing a manager that doesn’t respond hasn’t helped me any. $175 to stay in a hotel that doesn’t have hot water. Don’t waste your money.

Pros 1. Customer service was great! Everyone at the front was very kind & friendly 2. The bed was comfy Cons Right above my bed was large spider webs dangling all night that I didn't see until I opened my eyes in the morning. I let the front desk know to see if anyone could go up & clean (very scared of spiders) & was told it would be taken care of, unfortunately no one was able to make it. I completely understand this business being short staffed & possibly not having the staff to do so but I feel for the cost I paid for the room this is something that should be addressed.

This hotel looks good in the pictures but is not taken care of. Their cleaning left a lot to be desired. Our room was full of carpet beetles and we had to ask for a room move. The second room was better but, still not clean. There is so much maintenance that needs done. We had multiple other families staying at the same time (sports) and we all agreed our rooms were not what we expected at all.

Beds comfy, pretty quiet. Mold in the fridge that I cleaned with Clorox wipes, still smelled the next day. Outdoor pool is open seasonally. The laundry room was not working. Staff is super friendly and amazing despite the shortcomings that we faced.
