I don’t know where to even start.. so when I called the reservations department to book my stay I specified that I have a trailer and would need a location with enough space when I arrived, I found that this location did not enough space for my vehicle and trailer. When I was checking in the receptionist began to argue with me. When I booked online, I chose the pay now option and I told her I wanted to double check by simply logging into the app. It took maybe 1 minute she started to argue over making her re-enter the data because it timed off. As I’m traveling for business, and using a company card, I wanted to make sure that I was not being charged twice. So far this is the worst experience at any motel I’ve had in a while, and I own a few motels

So, unfortunately there is a couple things bad about this hotel, the microwaves in some of the rooms don't work 100% and sometimes it seems like the rooms weren't cleaned fully, but the 2 wonderful owners of this establishment will definitely make sure to make the situation right by accommodating to every problem / need you may have ! The 2 owners are what make this hotel one of the best !! Not to mention, this hotel is one of the very few left that still offer rooms that are available to smoke in! Put aside the issues I brought up first-hand and you have yourself a near-perfect hotel for the price !!

This place has the absolute worst customer service. They are extremely rude, combative, and will nickel and dime everything they will kick you out for having a visitor they do not change the sheets or blankets. My windshield was smashed in the parking lot and when I asked for the camera feed they replied with t"hat's not my problem that's your problem" do not stay here the rooms are the same price as somewhere better because honestly anywhere is better

Horrible service. Check in was not thorough (we only stayed for one night): was told check in STARTED at 11 and we woke up to two loud knocks on our door at 11:15am and THEN the lady opens up our door and peeks her head in and asks if we’re staying or leaving. She literally is waiting on the other side of the hotel by the stairs and as soon as we pack up and leave she goes straight to our room. It didn’t feel comfortable for someone to barge into our room, that feels like a violation of privacy, and the fact she was just waiting for us to leave made us feel rushed. Also, room was “non smoking” but bathroom had the scent of cigarettes and the walls were yellowing. As a person with asthma it’s not very promising to say a room is smoke free and it’s not. Will not be returning.

Yes we stay there they charge $10 per per as a pet fee however swrvice animals are free no note needed just mention it at the front ;-)
As long as you call ahead an let them know, as well as paid for i believe you can check in anytime after 3pm.
