We really like this hotel. We stayed here a year ago for three weeks and loved it. We went there again for a little staycation and now they charge $5 for parking, which they did not do last year. It is a Residence Inn parking lot. Why would you charge for parking, add the price to hotel if you need to make more money. The hotel is great and the staff are very nice, but charging for a surface parking lot where you are located is not a great business practice. I could see charging if they could charge others for parking like a parking garage, but not a suburban hotel.

By far, the best Residence Inn I've stayed in. Incredibly friendly staff, hard working housekeepers and breakfast personnel. Towels available everytime I went to gym or pool. Gym does need to replace 1 treadmill that was out of service for months. I was always greeted; well maintained property.

My husband and I were exposed to COVID and had to cancel our travel plans at the last minute. I spoke with Jan the general manager and she was very understanding. Because we booked through Expedia she explained that I needed to contact them and they would have to contact her regarding the refund. She assured me that she would authorize it and she kept her word. Thank you Jan for being so kind and understanding. We look forward to staying at your hotel in the future.

Beware! Our catalytic converter was stolen in the parking lot during our stay. When we informed the person at the front desk she acknowledge that they have a problem with car break-ins because of the homeless camp nearby. I’m angered because they new they had a problem yet didn’t protect their guests by providing security cameras or manned security in the parking lot. Given their disregard for the safety and security of their guests I will never stay at this property again.
