Don't bother coming to this place. It is just an ATM location. Video conferencing rooms were non-functioning. You are not going to get any "teller" help here. I should have listened to other's people's comments.

Don’t bother! Place was closed at 4pm and supposed to close at 5pm. You couldn’t access their front door and no tellers. What kind of operation is this?!? What a joke

It's listed as a bank when it should be listed as an ATM. There is no teller here. They have a video conference thing which they can't really answer questions.

The rooms were not available. The insert where the card goes was blocked. The concierge video screen was not responsive. I wasted my time coming here. Cool concept but a major fail. I already hate bank of America and am very annoyed I have to deal with this always ill equipt bank through my unemployment.
